I did my first Christmas shopping the other day. Karl got his " first Christmas present" , a new little book. Karl was over the moon when he got it, and I could get on with my shopping...win win!I really got in a jolly Christmas mood and made "Risengrød" for dinner. It is a kind of porridge and is an old Nordic Christmas tradition. It tastes so yummi!
