I found a cookie receipe on a really nice blog called shutterbean
( http://www.shutterbean.com/). The cookies did not turn out perfect..... maybe because the measurements are in cups, so I had to convert them in to grams.... or because I used oatmeal instead of almonds ( my BF does not like almonds)
Anyway they do taste good and I am sure we will eat them all!
