I've been craving chocolate for the past 10 days. I found out that my hives got worse when I ate chocolate even though it was gluten free. So I/the doctor thinks it is due to a nut allergy. So right now I eating gluten free, lactose free and nut free.... which basically sucks!!!!! But today I had to have some chocolate - so a made a chocolate milkshake. It was so good and so simple: GF & lactose free soy ice cream, lactose free milk and Hershey's chocolate syrup. (as far as I can tell Hershey's syrup is nut and gluten free.... so fingers crossed my hives won't go of)
