One of my favorite instagram ladies http://www.enjoygram.com/modernmamaskitchen had this yummy recipe on her insta. These GF and healthy cookies are soooo good!!!(and easy to make)
1 1/2 cups GF oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 stick of butter (113 grams)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup honey
mix dry and wet ingredients separately then mix all together. Bake at 350 / 175 for 10-12 min depends on how big you make the cookies
