Take home country road......

Just went through some of our pictures from the US trip. Oh how I would love to go back to Gatlinburg, TN. We (Karl,my brother, hubby & me) stayed at my favorite place ever http://www.buckberrylodge.com/ - the most beautiful place!We wnet for a hike in the mountain where my hubby had to take photos for their Ole Smoky Moonshine products. After a 'long' hike we had the most delicious dinner at the resturant......... oh take my back right now!!!

It's a girl

So we having a girl (which is a bit crazy because I was sure we were having a little Elvis)
and we are very happy. I mean as long as the baby is healthy the gender doesn't matter, but now we are going to have one of each. Karl still don't really understand it. I told him that he was having a little sister and that we can't call the baby Elvis anymore. I asked him what we should name the baby girl? He thought for a minute and said 'lastbil' (which means truck) or just 'bil' (means car). So we're not counting on much help on the girl names from him. Anyway 2 hours after we found out I bid on this pretty vintage coat on Ebay - and I won...... This is going to be pretty expensive for me going vintage girl clothes shopping!!

 

How cute is this? Just have to wait 3-4 years before she can fit into it

We celebrated our lovely neighbour Eli who turned 99. She is so cool and has the most amazing life story.

sorry for the whiny post

So i am down to 3 dresses that fits me. It is so hard finding 50s clothes that fits you while being pregnant. And if I do find some that actually fits is not comfy at all.....and my clothes need to be comfy right now. I am still nauseous all the time, have a constant headache and my celiac hives has gone crazy. So i am so uncomfortable all the time, so I NEED comfy clothes.

Anyway thought I'd feel much better looking at beautiful dresses that I might fit into in 5-6 months (FINGERS CROSSED)

We celebrated NYE with all our lovely neighbours, 12 adults & 8 kids. It was a love night with yummy food, good wine (except my alcohol free wine - it is just not the same) Danish traditions and the best people.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year - Can't believe it is 2015 already! I am hoping 2015 will be an awesome year. We having baby no 2, have a wedding to plan and hopefully a successful Moonshine Project. You never know if it will be a success - we might end up popping over the Atlantic to visit my favorite State Tennessee.....or maybe that's just wishful thinking. Anywho found some of my favorite photos from 2014 on my phone.
