I've been kind of busy the past couple of days..... or well my sweet BF have. He has been helping me with my website. I started my own little business making bibs. I really think most of the bibs out there are so dull. So I wanted something that didn't look like a bib but more like a scarf.  I made the backside of terry coated with rubber, to secure a dry backside of the bib. It is a little bit scary putting something I've made out there for people to judge. Hopefully I will get positive response. Anyway hope you will have a look at

Bits from the weekend

We've been pretty lucky this week/weekend. Thursday my brother and our cousin came and made us a lovely dinner. Friday our friend Anders and his sweet girlfriend, Lea made this the most delicious 3 course meal. OMG it was yummy.

Mama's chicken salad

I made my mama's chicken salad and I think it is LCHF

I used selleri, chicken, mushroom and apples. 

mix it all with sour cream , mayo, salt,pber and a teeny tiny a bit of curry 

(I used 3 tbsp sour cream and 1 mayo)

Walked by Prag Genbrug today...which was a bad idea. I am SO NOT supposed to buy anything right now. Anyway I tried on these 2 beautiful dresses

My bf made this yummy yummy bread.....Not really a good idea when I am doing the LCHF thing. So I kind went on a anti LCHF day - so I could enjoy this lovely bread....so worth it
