I had the best Friday night. Both of my sisters and brothers came to visit. It is not that often that we all 5 are together. They are my gold and I am a lucky girl to have those 4 people as my family!

Here we go again

From time to time I feel like doing something to my hair. Right now I thinking about getting bangs, cutting my hair short (not short short) or letting it grow long.

What to do?

Wedding

It was a lovely wedding, had some amazing food & wine, hung out with some of my favorite people and danced untill 5 in the morning. Here is a few pictures from my phone 

Dinner&drinks

We are of to our friends wedding tomorrow morning. So Karl is staying with my brother and his family this weekend. It is the first time I am away from Karl for 2 nights.... and it is hard, I miss him so much ( I know he is having a blast, so I just have to get over it) 

So now that me and my BF were alone, we went out for dinner and drinks.

Today

I tried to make my own granola bars today. They turned out okay but I took forever to make them, and they are not as good as the one you buy.

 But then I can check that off my list....I guess 

  And I started a new project which is pretty silly. I'm not sure about my outfit for the wedding this weekend. So I decided to make a new dress....yeah right. (There is no way it will be done by Friday)

New Phone??

I am thinking about buying a new phone. My camera on this phone is so bad..... which you probably can tell by some of my pictures. I got this phone 3 days after karl was born, so nearly 2 years ago. I've been going through Karl's baby pictures, seriously I cannot believe that this little guy is turning 2 in October!! Time goes by way too fast. 

At home

Karl didn't feel well this weekend - so I have been hanging out at home with him.

Flowers & stripes

I went by stylemebetty.dk 's showroom today. I got these 2 beautiful jackets, that will light up every outfit. Can't wait to wear them!

Done

I finally finished my dress today. It has been lying there for a year now. But the thing is I am going to a wedding next Saturday, and don't have anything to wear.... hopefully I do now

Hillsville

I've just booked a night at this cute B&B in Hillsville, VA. A lot of B&B don't allow children but luckily this one does. Karl is turning 2 when we are there. I can just imagine having a birthday breakfast on the porch.

I went to the local flea market today. I found this beautiful coat and 2 skirts. The seller told me she had bought it in L.A back in the days

In 2 months we will be of to the US. I am so looking forward to this trip with my little family.I have been planning this trip for 6 months now, finding places to see and (of course) a LOT of vintage/thrift shopping!!!
