 We went to the zoo today, and Karl was one happy boy. Animals and ice cream it don't get any better then that.

We picked up Karl from daycare......My 2 favorite boys

Red lips

I looove red lips, but I haven't found the perfect red lipstick. My lips don't stay red for that long, even with a primer underneath, so I need a new lipstick.
 I'm thinking about buying MAC - but if any of you can recommend one let me know

I have been looking for a baby pink cardigan for soooo long. I found one in H&M a couple of months ago..... but it was not right kind of pink and the fit was all wrong. But I finally found THE RIGHT kind of pink. I got this beautiful cardigan from http://stylemebetty.dk/, and it is perfect.

My DIY outfit .....or almost. I did the dress months ago and haven't sewn since. I really need to finish all my other DIY projects.

Lately

I have been eating a lot of "koldskål" which is something - we Danes- eat a lot during the summer. There are so many recipes on this. My recipe is pretty simple and not so sweet.

Koldskål:

half junket/cultured milk

half buttermilk

vanilla sugar

(add sugar if you like it sweet)

we eat with a sweet biscuits

BF made the salat ever with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, peppers, chicken, turkey bacon, asparagus, potato and halloumi cheese..... so yummi

I found a dress and a shirt at "Genbrug" Vesterbrogade. The dress needs a bit TLC but other than that, I think it is so pretty.

Outside

We had a little barbeque out in our 'backyard'. Karl had a blast being outside on his scooter and painting the asphalt. Finally the weather is getting so warm that we can have our dinner outside.

One fine day

We had the day of today. It is sort of Denmark's National day or the closest we get to a National Day. So we went for a walk in the park, had friends stop by and went to dinner at a friends house. It has been such perfect and relaxing day.... Damnit that I have to go back to work tomorrow!
